Night Out Against Crime

Annually, Syracuse Police Department and the community of Syracuse take part in the Night Out Against Crime event. This event promotes strong police-community partnerships and the involvement of residents to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live and work. it provides a great opportunity to bring police officers and the public together under positive circumstances.

In Syracuse, this has become a very successful event. For three years in a row, our community has been recognized as one of the best events for cities our size in the entire nation. The awards are proudly displayed in the lobby of the police department.
