Please contact the fire department to obtain a copy of a fire report. Reports will be issued to the homeowner at no cost. Law offices and insurance companies requesting reports must have a written request and will be charged $10 per report.
All transported patients will be billed for services received. Some patients with extensive treatments provided on scene will receive a billing statement.
