Syracuse City, Utah invites contractors to submit a bid to install an 8' high wall. Packets may be obtained by calling Syracuse City Public Works at 801-825-7235. Bids must be received by email to or in person at Syracuse City Public Works, 3061 South 2400 West, Syracuse, Utah, 84075 no later than 10:00 A.M. Tuesday April 20, 2021. Bids submitted by email will get an emailed response acknowledging receipt of the bid. Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders must be on the plan-holders list prior to submitting a bid. Bidder must acknowledge receipt of all addendum (if any) on the bid form. Syracuse City reserves the right to reject any, portions of, or all bids and to accept any bid that best serves its needs and is in the best interest of the city.
Scope of Work
Installation of a new 8' wall according to the plans generally labeled "2200 West Wall". This includes all materials, equipment, and labor for mobilization, demobilization, SWPPP, traffic control, clearing and grubbing removal of existing wall and footing, removal and replacement of the existing storm drain, installation of 4" thick concrete and installation of a new 8' wall.
